Welcome to Paradise!

With the project „Paradise City“, new usable space is created in a uniform and connected area and for upper class residential buildings, upper class gastronomy and the gambling industry as well as general cultural and event halls.

The exclusivity of this new construction method greatly increases the project’s prestige, and, in addition, the creation of a sustainable partnership structure within  the target countries’ administration and industry is expedited considerably.

The project’s current planning stage conforms to submission standards according to European or Austrian building law and can be adjusted to suit any particular location at any time. Construction directly on the water and the significance as a central community area mark a new direction for tourism.

The high ratio of residential buildings constructed according to modern ecological and quality policies lend considerable support to the concept.

Added value is created through the function as publicly accessible platform for art, culture and recreation.

Morocco has been chosen as location for the pilot project. Since the country is a coastal state, the topographical conditions and its central geographic position between the Middle East, Europe and overseas present an invaluable advantage. Moreover, economic and social factors mirror a rapidly growing country.

The Moroccan state and the royal family have invested much in the nation’s development.

Mission Statement
